Doing the 21 day New Year New You Challenge was one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. I lost a total of six pounds during the WINTER – something I thought I could never do because I normally gain in January and February. This group provided me with motivation, accountability, and a lot of helpful ideas and tips I could use to make better choices. Sonya is a great coach and I really love her positive style – she has truly helped me to jump-start my goals and get me moving in the right direction. I look forward to joining her upcoming clean eating challenge and start a new fitness program.
