I first made this when I was doing the three day refresh. I absolutely fell in love with it. Today I was feeling a little under the weather and thought this would be nourishing on a cold winter day.
It is simply 8 ounces of broth, preferably vegetable but you can also use chicken, and a half cup of chopped fresh herbs. I like to use parsley, tarragon, and Rosemary. I ran out of fresh Rosemary so I used dried Rosemary and added a few basil leaves. Delicious!
